NUI Strengthens Workplace Wellbeing Through Its Mental Health & Wellbeing Unit.

Nesma United Industries (NUI) continues to advance employee wellbeing through its Mental Health & Wellbeing Unit, reinforcing its commitment to creating healthy, supportive, and sustainable workplaces across its operations.

As part of these efforts, the Unit expanded its network of certified Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) across operational sites, strengthening early support capabilities and promoting mental health awareness throughout the organization.

The Unit also launched a dedicated digital platform for Mental Health First Aiders, designed to provide proactive field insights, support wellbeing monitoring, and enhance access to resources and escalation pathways that contribute to a healthier workplace environment.

In addition, the Unit continues to implement wellbeing initiatives, field assessments, and engagement activities aimed at strengthening workplace wellbeing practices and aligning them with the needs of diverse operational environments.
